Loud clunk/bang when I turn right at the same times as going over a bump?
When I turn right at the same time as going over a bump I get a very loud clunk…
I have changed the drop links and wishbones, yet the problem persists.
Its a 2006 Ford StreetKa
Any suggestions appreciated.
Sounds like it may be a tie rod end. Jack that wheel off the ground and grab both side of it and try to wiggle it back and forth. If you feel play then you probably have a worn tie rod end. Try this with it on the ground as well, because sometimes you can only feel the play in an inner tie rod end with the weight on it.
Re post and tell us what end of the car the noise is coming from.
