2002 ford ka electric sunroof not working?

I have a 2002 ford ka which is fitted with an electric sunroof but this doesn't work. I have checked all fuses listed for the sunroof but they all seem fine. At the switch in the head lining there's just earth s no power. Does anyone have any idea what's happening.

Look for a relay for the sunroof ( it sometimes uses the relay for the power windows) under the dash or in the engine compartment. Check for outgoing power at the load side of the relay with key on. If there's power, there's an open in the wire from the relay to the sunroof switch. You can use small wires wrapped on the pins on the relay to check the relay circuit.
If there's no power, check if there's power and ground at the control side of the relay with key on. If there ispower and ground, the relay is bad.

Either you're not checking the right fuse or the wiring between the fuse and sunroof switch has a problem. Double check for a blown fuse and if not, then you'll have to trace the wiring to find where it's broken or loose. Or splice in a new power wire from the fuse box/fused circuit to the sunroof switch terminal for power in… Might be easier to do and just cut the old wire at switch to prevent a backfeed of power. I'm not sure but don't think there's a relay in the sunroof circuit but if so, check for a bad relay or circuit issues with that.
