Is this the question that should be asked about Christine Blasey Ford's charges?

Based on the information she has given, would a prosecuting attorney file charges?

Feinstein refuses to show Congress her letter. Ever wonder why?

No. There's no statute of limitations in MD for sexual assault but there were three people in the room and two say they don't remember.

Sure if it happened yesterday. But not all crimes are reported immediately after they occurred which is why so many Catholic priests aren't doing jail time. Because the accusations came out decades later but does that mean they weren't true because they weren't prosecutable? Of course not.

I know your question is about politics and not the law. And I agree the accusations stink of an effort to prevent or stall the confirmation of Kavanaugh which makes you irate. But while you are angry, think about how angry the Democrats were when the Senate refused to call a vote on confirmation for a year and a half for no apparent reason, not even a woman lying about a 35 year old sexual assault, other than because they had the power to do so.

Is that your criteria for a justice of the sct?

Not really all that relevant, to be honest.

I GUESS I'm SMARTER THAN THOSE ANSWERING THIS QUESTION BECAUSE IT IS OBVIOUS THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION
