Is the buick verano a good car?

I've been doing some research on what car I should get, as a first car and I really like the buick verano, now please don't say go with ford chevy, honda, etc. I'm just asking would this car be a good first buy or lease? My dad likes buicks as well, I think it is good looking and I would probably get the turbo one, I really like the regal as well but that is just too much I wouldn't want my parents to spend that much on a car for me, but I guess all I'm asking is would the buick verano be a good first car? Is it good on gas? Gives a smooth ride? I've heard mixed reviews on this car that's why I'm kind of confused

Yes, the Buick Verano is a very nice car. It's the exact same car as the Chevy Cruze so if you wan't to save money and you don't need all the high end options that the Buick comes with you can pay a lot less and buy the Chevy. They are the exact same car. The only difference is the front grill styling and the number of options the car comes with.

Its very good me and my boyfriend own a few

The Buick Verano positives are that it has a very smooth, quiet ride, good cargo space, and upscale cabin for this size car, and a very powerful turbo engine. The negatives are that gets poor fuel economy for this class of car and the interior controls are a little confusing and overly complicated. Reliability is slightly above average. The non-turbo will get around 21 city 32 highway and has 180 h.p. The Turbo engine will get around 21 city and 30 highway and has 250 h.p. I highly recommend you do not get the turbo model. You do not need that extra power and 2 more mpg will save you on fuel plus the turbo is expensive to repair. The Chevrolet Cruze is basically the same car albeit not as luxurious and not as powerful but will get 30 city and 41 highway and cost around $4,000 less. But if you want a smoother ride and more luxury the Buick is the way to go. Want much better fuel economy for much less money up front go with the Chevy Cruze.
