2002 Buick rendezvous or 2003 Ford taurus? - 1
Which is the better vehicle and would last longer even with repairs when needed since there older vehicles.
None really.
Taurus is better.
Taurus transmissions are notorious for going bad.
Not sure on the buick.
Imports are generally better.
I had a Taurus '96 Transmission had to be replaced 2 times - this was a LEMON
Taurus is one of the worst cars ever built. It's as bad as those you light my life up Pintos. As for the Buick, it is hardly any better. There's a reason why Buick's main market is China now.
Alk about getting your money's worth… Got my '03 Taurus in late 2003, used, with 20,000 miles for $13,500 compared to the new 2004s that were on the lot for $25,000. I've had a few minor repairs here and there, can't remember what all for, and I go through brakes like it's nobody's business but that's not the car… It's my rammy driving. I have had no major problems with this car whatsoever. My dad and husband take very good care of everything under the hood (which, obviously, helps prolong the life of my baby)
- Which car is the overall to keep for a couple of yrs? 1999 Nissan maxima, 1999 Altima, 2006 ford Taurus or 2002 buick lesabre? All of them have low mileage as the Taurus have 69000 and the maxima have the highest of 123000. They all under 1100 bucks.
- What Ford Taurus bumpers (front or rear) would fit a 2003 ford Taurus ses? Looking around and seen someone with a 2004 front bumper on a 2003. Looks nice but curious if any other bumpers would fit? I installed new centennial edition headlights with Silver Star Ultra lights. here's what it looks like so far.
