I have a ford galaxy 2013 model and i took the battery out. When i turnt my car on, the cd wants the cd code to unlock. How do i find it?

I renewed the battery and then turnt the car on, i can't find the code,
where is it?

Try the owners manual or call your Ford dealer. (Why does Ford Australia still use model names from the 1960s?)

Look in the car documentation, paying particular attention to the user guide for the in car audio system and also the maintenance service record. The code will often be printed on a sticker inside the front cover of one of those, or possibly manually written there.

Some owners/mechanics write the code inside the glovebox.

If you can't find the code anywhere then you'll need your local Ford dealer to help. Provide them with the number from the VIN plate, plus proofs of your identity and address, and they can then look up the serial number of the radio fitted to your car and then use that to generate the unlocking code. Dealers may charge for that, but often waive the fee if you're a regular customer or if you're taking the car to them to get a routine periodic maintenance service done on it. Also, even if you're not doing that and the dealer is supposed to charge for the code, an underpaid service counter clerk may well provide it if you show your appreciation.
