Ford Fusion 2010 vs Acura TSX 2007?

As the title says, I'm really thinking of getting either a Ford Fusion 2010 Sport or an Acura TSX 2007.

I'm thinking of the Acura because of its appearance. It also seems. To be somewhat sporty and customizable. It also is fast and has some luxury, which is what I'm actually looking for.

However the bad thing about the Acura is that it doesn't seat back passengers that well, and seeing how I'm married and will be having a family soon, it is something I seriously have to consider.

I'm considering the Fusion because of this. The Fusion can fit more people in it, and I'm sure a baby seat wouldn't difficult to put into it. Also it has a bit luxury and the sport version seems to be pretty good as well.

Can anyone give me some input between this two cars?

How would you rank these 4 automobiles?

-Ford Fusion
-Ford Focus
-Chevy Malibu
-Chevy Cobalt

Please rank 1 as the best and 4 as your least favorite and a reason why. I will be purchasing this vehicle used, with less than 40k miles on it and driving about 2 hours a day on the highway to and from work.

After market stereo installation?

I have a single din radio and installation kit for my 2006 Ford Fusion. I also have an 800w amp and a 10in sub that I want to hook up. Does anyone know the specific types of wires and everything else that I ll need to hook it all up?

How to get out from underneath this car? Need advice?

Husband made a bad deal on a car and i'm just trying to find a way out. We would like to completely get out from underneath this car or cut the interest down. It seems like no matter which way I twist and turn it we'd still be stuck in the same situation. So here's the thing

We currently owe $16500 on a 2012 ford fusion. Trade in value is $9k-$10k and private party value is around $11k so we're upside down. Our notes are 436/month for 75 months. Add that up and we're paying almost $33k when he financed $24k. I understand interest but holy cow that's almost ten grand in interest on a car!

Thought about these things
1) Would refinancing it under my name lower the interest?
2) Or maybe I could get a loan for $17k to pay off what we owe? But if I gets a loan for that much wouldn't I need collateral? My car is paid off but it's only worth about $10k.
3)Thought about just claiming bankruptcy and letting them take it, but that'll ruin his credit and stay on his report for years. Don't think that's the best option.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this please let me know!

What car options for commuter in 9-12k range?

I currently own a ford fusion valued at around 12-16k, depending upon whether i trade in or do private party. I really like it for the most part, but the mileage is awful (6 cylinder AWD). It's rated at 24 highway but even with most of my driving being highway, i get closer to 21-22.

I'm considering trading down/laterally into something with better mileage. Maybe in the 35+ highway area. I'd prefer not to go with any models older than 2010, as my goal is to stick w. My car until i pay off my student loans ~3 years from now. Anyone have any good suggestions for sedans in that price range? I'm considering picking up a consumer reports subscription but thought i might see if anyone knows any good options off the cuff.

Why won't my 2008 Ford Fusion take new car batteries?

So 3 weeks ago my cars airbag light cut on. I didn't think anything of it. So the next morning my car wouldn't start. My neighbor gave me a boost and away I went to work. My airbag light cut back on while I was driving to work. After work my car wouldn't start. So my dad drove to my job to give me a boost. It started and I drive home. I looked in my car manual and it said if the airbag light cuts on to turn the car on for 10 seconds but don't start it. Wait for the airbag light to go off. Since that day I've been waiting 10 seconds and the light has cut off. I went to firestone to get my car diagnosed and they said it was my battery. Not my starter or my trans. I went to walmart to purchase a battery. My dad put the battery in and the car started but wouldn't accelerate even when I push the gas pedal to the floor. I went to get my money back. I then went to a different walmart and the same thing happened. A week later I went to the Ford dealership and they told me it was my battery. I purchased the ford motorcraft max battery. And it still wouldn't accelerate. I'm frustrated because these mechanics can't tell me what's wrong. Someone please help!
