No GM choked itself Ford is doing OK
Ford and GM emply an excessive number of paper shufflers. Gee, there's a headline.
Rump: 10,000+ Pinocchios from fact checkers at Washington Post. The latest outrage is that China will pay tariffs on imports into USA. The buyers on this side will pay, not China.
Nice try -- and what's going on is far bigger than Trump
"Redundancy" is the British word. In the US, we say "layoffs". Either you studied British English in your ESL class in Russia, or you're a Brit worried about the affect of a US recession on the UK. You should be more worried about the effects of Brexit. But yes, Trump's policies are having a negative impact on several segments of the economy. Few Chinese will be buying US cars as tariffs make them more expensive.
- Who's the next rat to leave the ship, McMaster, National Security Advisor, Roy Cohn, economic advisor, Tillerson Secretary of State? If McMaster leaves there are plans for a Forn exec to replace him so Ford is National Security Advisor and Exxon is Secretary of State?
- What used car can I get that would stand out under $7000 I'm a senior in high school and me and my parents are going half and half on a car. I want to get a used car that stands out from others but isn't over $7000. Cars I've already considered are the Dodge Dart, Honda Accord Coupe, Volkswagen CC Sport, Ford Fusion '10, Nissan Altima Coupe, Chrysler 300. Any other suggestions? If you can't help going over the $7000 range please don't exceed $8000.
- How to set my headlights to not always on? I have a Ford Focus 2005 ZX5 and the lights are set to always be on even when I have the lights set to off.
- What could cause my 95 Ford F150 xl 4.9L I6 to lag or try to die when you give it gas? We have replace a Gas tank and it's fuel pump but the truck is still running rough and loosing power when you drive it. We've also replaced the injectors, I also want to know if the Fuel Pressure Regulator is causing this or if it is the timing that is off on it. Sometimes it refuses to start but it always turns over. There's no way to take off very fast because you have to ease onto the gas to be able to take off without killing it or the truck trying to die.
