Where can I find the usb port on my ford focus?

I just bought a 2012 ford focus s sedan. It has the aux button for the usb port but I can't figure out where the usb port is at or if it has one at all. Also does anyone know if I can install the sync system even though it doesn't come with it?

Because your Focus isn't equipped with SYNC, you won't have a USB port. SYNC aftermarket kit aren't available, but you should have an AUX port you can use.

The auxiliary input jack (AIJ) is located in either your center console or your glove box, and provides a way to connect your portable music player to the in-vehicle audio system. This allows the audio from your portable music player to be played through the vehicle speakers. You'll just need an audio extension cable with stereo male 1/8 in.

The S was the base model, it likely does not have USB port. If you have a USB port, it will be in the center console. If it's not there, then you don't have it. Sync is a factory option only.

Check inside the center console.

If its not on the dash you don't have it and no you can't install sync your self
