I'm looking for the speedo sensor on a 1.6 TDCI Ford Focus?
I have to change it following various error codes relating to it (P0500 mainly).
I have bought a replacement but can't find where it goes, mainly due to limited under car space, I know it's a fiddly change but easily a DIY. I'm a skinflint you see.
It may not have one…
On some versions, the speed data is generated by the ABS module, which reads the wheel speed ABS sensors.
Check all the ABS sensors are fitted OK and that the connectors are clean and properly latched.

- Ford focus TDCI 2007 won't start? I had a blowing injector on my focus and decided to replace the part. I followed my Haynes manual and managed to complete the job with ease. Issue is that I didn't disconnect the battery like it said. Now the issue is that the car won't start as I think the engine management is saying there's a fault on the fuel system. I don't know what to do now I've tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting so it re-starts the engine management system but it didn't work!
- Ford Focus mk2 2.0 Tdci flywheel? Iv had my clutch and flywheel replaced but I just want to know if it's normal to feel vibration through cutch pedal only when it's about a centimetre of the floor if it's all the way down you can hardly feel it the clutch place said it's normal but this is the 3rd flywheel they have fitted within 3000 miles
