Hi should i buy a ford focus are thay good cars?
The Focus is the most popular car in the UK for a reason. They're good cars. You won't go wrong with a Focus.
Yes they are generally good. I've had a lot of family members own one. My dad has a 02 runs great and rarely has had any issues. My great aunt has a 12 and has had some minor issues. Her gas pump went bad and they had to replace it free under warranty. Other than that no issues two years later. All in all I would say its a decent car that can serve you we'll for a long time
They're awesome on gas! Somethin like 45 mpg! My brother has a 2012 and I think it looks a bit stupid. But is a very reliable car. And will last for you! I suggest you look into it.
Consumer reports says they are good. As always, the newer the better… And the more expensive.
Depends from age… There's one part, i think pump for gas… Which is not good… And it is expencive… Depends is it TDI or not…
Yes the Focus is a good car. However, if you buy a used one, it's condition depends on how it's been driven and maintained by previous owners. Always get used cars checked out by a mechanic BEFORE you buy.
Yes, they are good cars. I have first seen a 2012 model since April of 2011.
My son had one and it was a great car.
No. My mom's 2014 is already getting another transmission, 4,500 Miles only. Only made 4 payments…
- Why would people buy older foreign cars instead of brand new American cars? I see it all the time, people driving 7-8 year old Mercedes or BMWs that they paid probably paid around $20,000. They could of easily gone out and bought a brand new Ford or Dodge, but they didn't. They bought a Mercedes with over 100k miles. All worn and torn on the inside. But aslong as they're shining on the outside I guess.
- Why are some Ford cars (like the Taurus and Focus) such unreliable cars? I'm looking at cars in the $3000 - $4500 range and I'm noticing a decent amount of Ford Taurus's and Focus's and out of all the cars that I see, these are two cars that just seem so unreliable. I test drove a Focus last year and it sounded like something was wrong with the engine.
- Isn't it hard to force the EU to buy our cars? Ford announced they'll stop making regular cars, and they don't want our gas guzzling SUVs? Or huge trucks. That's what part of this trade war is about fyi, our products that they don't even want. Interesting, but 10% vs 2.5% isn't exactly earth shattering on cars. Plus that article's talking about OBAMA'S proposed free trade not Trumps.
- Which of these cars should I buy? I live in a city with bad winters, if that matters. I'm considering: Hyundai Elantra Honda Civic Toyata Corrolla Mazda3 Ford Focus Chevy Cruze Volkswagon Jetta What do you think would be best? Looking for something that is fun to drive and also reliable
