Ford focuse hatchback 2005 se zx3 anti theft light on/car won't start. Is it the anti theft or something else?

I pulled the car into my garage and simply changed the oil ( first time with this car).got back into the car and it wouldn't start… It acts like the battery is completely dead…
Battery checked out fine.connections cleaned/grounds cleaned.
On the dashboard the antitheft device blinks about a blink per second. The check your gas cap light is on/check engine light is on.
I don't hear the fuel pump start when I turn the car on/don't hear the starter engage at all. No clicks or buzzes
Which I'm told is typical when the antitheft is on…
I tried both keys in the car/don't think it is the key. I looked at the antitheft fuse.it is fine.

From the internet it is my understanding that the antitheft light is supposed to blink fast when you try to start the car… Mine is blinking normally. But I also have those horizontal dashes instead of where the digital miles are supposed to be.

Also I can push the buttons on my key chain to "engage" the anti theft device.horn will beep/headlights will flash…

I tried banging on the starter to see if that was it. But it is buried in there pretty good.gave it a light tap or two and didn't hear anything.

so do you think my anti theft is on
