2012 Ford Focus titanium transmission problem?

I drive a red focus titanium hatchback. I was having issues from the transmission in the vehicle with it having a violent shake whenever it would change gears. I originally was going to take it to have it serviced at Lynn Layton Ford in Decatur Alabama but on the day I was told to bring it in the transmission tech had quit his job after he got back from vacation. The serviceman told me I had one of two options. I could take my car to Ford in Moulton to have it looked at or I could wait till they get in another transmission tech which be another week. Not wanting to wait any longer with the risk of making the problem I already have any worse I went and took my car to ford in Moulton on Last Monday May 5th. They let me sign a paper letting me loan one of their cars, a Chrylser Sebring touring. They told me it would take 3-4 days to fix. I called them on Wedensday and they say said that my car would be ready for pickup on tomorrow, Thursday. I drive up to them and they tell me it's not ready and they have to fix the car the way Ford tell's them or they won't get paid. They also told me that I had to give them back the Touring because they had someone who was going to buy it from them. They now have me driving in a Murcury Grand Marquies with no working A/C and it was on E. It's been a week without my car and I'm getting frustrated with them. I called them today 5/12 to see what is wrong and they said they have to put in a new clutch and it would be another 2 days. I'm not happy.

Added (1). I just want to know what I should do, I want to call Ford, they main Ford and let them know of the situation but I believe they won't even listen to me.

Call Ford corporate consumer hotline at +1-800-392-3673 and describe the issues you're having with the dealer. Do not take the car to ATRA or any other indepoendent shop, its under warranty.

Find local shop at ATRA.COM might be one closer to help out. If the dealer still hasn't worked on the car

  • Car acceleration problem and idle problem. The car is a 2003 Ford Taurus? . When the car is running and in parked its making a loud consisted rev noise. However the rpm needle thingy is not moving. when i'm in drive the car acclerates on its own with the speed ever increasing. i did some googling and learned that it can be the TPS sensor or the idle air intake valve, among a million other possiblities.
  • What car would be better for me 2012 infinity g37 sport or a 2012 mustang gt? I'm 18 and I'm getting ready to get a new car in 2 months. I've been driving an 03 Ford Focus and I'm ready to upgrade. I'm a very responsible driver and I've been driving for almost 4 years. So I wanna know what would be the best vehicle for me. And what is more reliable and cheaper to maintain?
  • Will 16in wheels and tires fit on a 2014 ford focus titanium? Reason I ask is because the se model comes with 16s, but our titanium model came with low profile 18s. But like if I go to walmart.com it only gives a choice of either 17s or 18s.
  • Will 16 inch wheels and tires fit on my 2014 ford focus titanium? The wheels size that i'm wanting to get is 16in with p215/55R16, which is the same tire that fits on the se model of that year. Right I have p235/40ZR18 on it. I called the dealership about it and their like oh probably not because it might hit against the brake caliper or and it'll also have to be recalibrated because of smaller tire. Well I feel like it's not going to have to be recalibrated because it's going to be a bigger depth tire.
