2.0 tdi 2008 Ford Focus titanium facelift model limp mode?
Hello there a few months ago My cars engine management light came on and it went into a limp mode ( nothing other 3k revs) and I took to a garage and it was a little rip in a pipe where my dpf is. Well I got that sorted but a few weeks after I started it up and gave it some gas but once I had slowed down it went into a limp mode again with no engine management light on. So I turned it of and on again and problem had gone. But it's been happening allot since where when I randomly give it some gas it going into a limp mode and I have to turn it off and on again. So does anyone have a clue what's going on?
My car is a Ford Focus 2008 2.0 tdi titanium and it's done 117k miles.
With no useful information from you, no I or anyone else can help. At least have the codes read and yes there are stored codes for each time it went into limp mode.
- Will 16in wheels and tires fit on a 2014 ford focus titanium? Reason I ask is because the se model comes with 16s, but our titanium model came with low profile 18s. But like if I go to walmart.com it only gives a choice of either 17s or 18s.
- Will 16 inch wheels and tires fit on my 2014 ford focus titanium? The wheels size that i'm wanting to get is 16in with p215/55R16, which is the same tire that fits on the se model of that year. Right I have p235/40ZR18 on it. I called the dealership about it and their like oh probably not because it might hit against the brake caliper or and it'll also have to be recalibrated because of smaller tire. Well I feel like it's not going to have to be recalibrated because it's going to be a bigger depth tire.
- Ford Focus Automatic Transmission with Sport Mode? Does anyone know if Ford sells semi automatic transmission otherwise known as a automatic transmission with a sport mode. I unfortunately am physically unable to drive a manual but I want to be able to shift the gears myself on occasion but can't find anything.
- Ford Focus 2015 titanium verbal Caution warning? I've recently bought a new ford focus titanium 2015 and from time to time when i'm driving i will get a verbal "caution" warning but nothing shows on the dashboard, i don't have the lane departure or blind spot aids fitted. What could it be?
