What should i get Fiesta ST, Mazda 3 OR BRZ? And why?

Looking to purchase a new car!

Just to note: I HAVE driven all three of these cars (Plus many, many others)

I realize these cars are all very different but i have narrowed my search down to these three:

2015 Mazda 3 i sport - Affordable, Luxurious, Poor performance

2014 Subaru BRZ (because of financing options) - FUN, Quite the looker, Most expensive costs and insurance

2015 Ford Fiesta ST - Enjoyable, pretty fast, moderate price but it's a ford.

I really can't decide and would like to hear some input, I've never heard of a comparison of this nature.

(If I could wait for the new eco mustang i would. But i can't because my car was recently totalled and need transportation.)

Since the cost of the vehicle and insurance premiums for the BRZ may be an issue, I recommend the Ford Fiesta ST. The Subaru is fun to drive, but also can be less practical than the other two cars due to its somewhat cramped interior. The BRZ does have rear seats, but there's too little room there to be seated comfortably. The Mazda3 is less expensive, but although it has the least horsepower of the three, it is the most practical for an everyday driver's car, has decent handling characteristics, and is fuel efficient. To sum it up, I suppose you are looking for a peppy car, so I recommend the Fiesta ST because it stands somewhere in the middle as a compromise between the Mazda3 and the BRZ.

Ford Fiesta ST

The Subaru BRZ is the enthusiast car. It has a boxer engine, the same unit Porsche has used since the seventies. Subaru build quality is unquestionable, one has to look far and wide for a recall of any kind any year. Its a keeper perhaps even a collectible in due time. Its more fast than fuel efficient, so if speed is your thing and sport is your ambition the BRZ is the best match.

The Mazda 3 has a captivating design language. Its a bit of a poseur whose credentials are burnished on fuel economy over out right brawn. It has a top speed of 135 mph and advertises a combined 33 mpg, highway 38-40 mpg depending on the choice of engine. Between it and the Subaru, Mazda offers more of a four season car. If you live on the west coast this doesn't matter, otherwise it should. In the midwest the winter bite is said to be colder, bolder and more snow. I would rather live with the Mazda 3.

I don't care for the American version of the Ford Fiesta. The European version of the super up Fiesta is fine with me, but not an option in the States. I happened to drive a Fiesta ST as a rental. It was a very fine rental.
