What's it like to be in a fast car?
I'm 17 and the fastest i've ever gone in a car was maybe half throttle in a chevy avalanche, because my family owns 1 prius, 1 yaris, and 1 ford fiesta (that thing sure breaks alot lol) and we drive really slow, so what's the big deal with fast cars, how fun is it and why?
Intense. Very intense and scary for me. You are pushed into the seat and it's like "why go this fast?"
I've had many fast cars… I love going fast ( but safely and never through villages etc).
It's not really the speed that excites.it's the acceleration… Putting your foot down and flying past a slower car you are overtaking.
Hi learn to handle a car at low speed first.
If you just want a quick feel for what its like, try this
Take any one of your slow cars, go to an open parking lot, build up speed in reverse (a good 20 mph) and slam on the brakes. It will feel the same as going from 0-20 mph in a very fast car
- Wouldn't women like Dr. Ford feel safer when they were drunk if OSHA stopped violent men like those in the NFL from hitting each other? And calling it play. Shouldn't women have that right to feel safe? You can call this "highlight films" but they are just rich men being violent which a civilized government would stop
- Why do some companies like Ford have a 5year warranty and others like Hyundai have a 10year warranty? Does the company with the longer warranty trust in their product longer? Or they know that the owner will have to do a ton of repairs and without a back up no one would ever buy them?
- What car is cheap and can be modified to be really fast in speed and acceleration? I have a Ford Taurus and I feel like as if it lacks speed and acceleration. Also which modifications can increase the speed of the car and acceleration of it without removing any weight?
- My warrantied cars Bill of sale says as is, are they pulling a fast one? I just bought a certified per-owned Ford with warranty and financed by Ford. Came home and realized the bill of sale says "as is" and the warranty paper has our signatures but no vehicle info. I have 3 days/300 miles to return it no questions asked. Are they trying to pull a fast one?
