How to know if I can fit in a car if I only look at them online?

I'm a male 6 feet 7 inches and I weigh 245 pounds. I'm into Non Hybrid fuel efficient cars. I have sat in a ford fiesta and my head was almost to the roof but if it has a sun roof then I can get a little extra space between my head and the roof, I have also sat in a chevy sonic and I fit in there perfectly. So what would be the part in the car specs I should look at.

Don't buy a car that you've only seen online.

Go and sit in any car you are interested in, there's no other way.

  • Why don't car companies remake some of their classic car models if people like them so much? Of course safety is in mind because everyone would freak out if they didn't have a seat belt and air bags in every inch of the car, but why can't some of the companies just remake their best selling car models? Dodge could remake their 1948 Sedan and Ford could remake their 1949 Custom. I could list more but I can't think of any more classics.
  • Can 225/70R16 tires fit on rims that have 225/70r14 tires on them? I have 225/70r14 tires on my Ford ranger. I just got some 225/70r16 tires of the same brand, Cooper, given to me. Will they fit on the 225/70r14 rims or do I need to get rims to fit the 225/70r16.
  • Where can I buy a car battery online? This is for my father, he wants to get a car battery for his 2009 Ford fusion V8 and is hoping he can buy one online cheap (under $100). We live in NS, Canada so it needs to be Canadian sites only.
  • Is there a website where I can customize my car to see what it will look in person? I recently bought a 2012 Ford Focus SE and I would like to have some work done to it. I've been drawing out how I wanted to decorate it but I need to actually see how it will look on my car. Is there a website I can go to where I can type in a model of a car, select different rims and colors and chrome vent stickers etc? I mean there's photo shop but I was never too good with that lol.
