Ford fiesta METASAT RC?

I bought a Fiesta 1.4 tdci 2007 last year and today a small box slipped in my leg on the clutch. I checked what it was and it was named as "Metasat RC Gprs". Can you tell me what package is this?
Sounds like someone has installed a tracking device on your car so they can find it when they want to repossess it.
If you used the dealer's financing, some used car dealers may install a device which can disable the car if you don't make payments.
The Metasat RC Gprs is an alarm system which the previous owner installed for the purpose of receiving a discount from their vehicle's insurance provider.
At this point the system is more than likely inactive and can be ignored.
