I have been driving for 5+ years now and I'm fed up with driving a car. I drive a 2009 1.6l Ford Fiesta and all I do is sit in rush hour traffic going to work and driving home. Every time I sit in traffic I wish I have a moped or a motorbike. Also owning a car everything is so expensive like repair work and service costs for example and it's just not worth the money and if an accident does happen it's a fortune. I'm thinking about getting a 50cc moped because I live and work in the same town and I will be able to drive one on my full UK licence, most of my driving is around town. I'm also saving for a flat deposit as I want to move out and I won't be able to afford a flat and a car. If I sell my car that will be a third of my flat deposit.

How Far Will I Get On A Tank? HOW BIG IS THE TANK - no one here knows. You don't even know which moped it will be? They do not hold much more than a gallon typically though.

How Much Is Insurance? (I have 9 years no claims bonus) - most companies will not move a car NCB over to a 2 wheeler. The price is then determined by use, security of storage and postcode just like your car insurance so no one can price this for you.
How Much Are Tires? - About £20 each fitted and they will seem to last forever.
How Much Is MOT? - £29.65 is the most they are allowed to charge but £25 or cheaper is typical.
Can You Recommend Any Makes And Models? - a used one made by a Japanese maker will be many times better than a new one made by a Chinese (or any other country round there)
Hopefully you know that one thing that legally defines a moped in the UK is a maximum design speed of 28mph.
Mopeds are notoriously poor for -
Keeping up with traffic outside 30mph areas
Not having a roof or heater
Not being good for carrying luggage or your weekly shopping.
You would need to take and complete a Compulsory Basic Training course before going on road at a cost of around £120 - this lasts forever for a car driver with a 50cc but for anything over 50cc it lasts for 2 years.
Presuming you get 50 mpg, gas alone will cost about 5p or cents per mile. Insurance would probably be lower.
