Will my stock alternator hold my sound system?

I have a 2004 Ford F150 and I wnated to know if my alternator will hold up!

You should be ok. I got 2 amps running on my car. Did the big 3, optima battery, kinetic battery and 0 awg already and yes I have a capacitor as well. Try upgrading your wirin (Big3) its cheaper than buying an alternator. Me personally haven't had a problem with any capacitor i've ran or had.

I'm running an alpine type r 15 at 2 ohms on a Rockford fosgate t1500 amp all powered my my stock alt and battery from my Mercedes c240. And my volts drop to about 12.9 on the smd vm1. So I think you would be good considering my alt is like 80 amps if that.

Because you have a truck, it's possible you have a larger alternator. I think the standard equipment one is like 125 amps. Also, what engine is in it?

You'll be fine I run three 12's with individual Amps and my battery voltage is fine

How many watts is the sound system? It will probably be fine if you're under 1,000 watts peak power. If you're over that, I might look at other options. Stay away from capacitors though. They're garbage.
