Is it a good idea to buy a truck that was previously used by a gas company?
The truck is a 2007 ford f150 with 233,000 miles. The asking price is $6,600 dollars. It looks like it's in excellent condition. I just don't want to put another $5,000 in repairs right after I get it.
How many times are you going to ask the question? Until someone says "yeah its a great deal! Buy it today"?
If your girlfriend wants to get engaged, get her a Ring instead of buying an old truck with a quarter of a million miles on it!
That's a lot of miles, have you had it checked out for any major mechanical issues?
Seems expensive for that many miles. I realize vehicles last a lot longer than they used to but 233,000 miles is a lot of them.
Leave it alone. Way too many hard miles if it was driven on the job.
Ask to see the service records (if possible) before you buy, and even then, have a mechanic do inspections of all systems
Lots of miles & probably "city" miles.
Get it checked before you buy
- Typical lib thinking? Ford had no idea when it happened, had no idea how she got there, no idea how she left, clueless who was there? And despite that every person she listed as a witness made a statement in a sense said Ford was wrong… The lib brain… Get even at Trump…> yep - Kavanaugh did it.
- What should i do if i have an idea for Ford Motor Company cars? I have an idea for Ford Cars. It's sort of sub-division of cars, but it's for Ford. I don't know who to contact or what business steps to take. I love Mustangs. It's just an idea without any preparation (ex: model). I wanna make sure I have representation of my idea. By the way, I'm only fifteen.
- Is it a good idea for an 18 year old to buy a $20,000 Chevrolet Camaro, Ford Mustang or a challenger? I just graduated HS getting into college and I'm thinking of buying a used or brand new car ( listed above) I have about 5000 for down payment. But I'm just not sure if it's a good financial decision, but at the same time I really want the car. Please leave your opinion below! My credit score is like 650!
- Sell current lease car to buy a new car? Good idea? So I live in CT and I wanted to know if this could be possible. I was told that if I wanted to I could sell my leased 2016 Ford Fusion energi to a spot like CarMax a couple of months before the lease was done and if they would offer a higher price then the remaining amount owed on my lease I could do that and pay off the lease and then keep the extra money as a down payment towards the purchase of another car?
