How would i get a legal payment plan for a truck notarized?
So i'm gonna buy a 2002 F-150 supercrew cab 151k miles 4x4 for $4000 and i said i don't make over 2 grand a month. So id be able to make payments if we got a legal binding contract. How would it be 100% legal so lets say he was like oh no nevermind i wanna back out after i've paid like $3500 or something and also so he can't just come to my house and be like hey i'm taking it back or so if i didn't pay for like 2 months he could come legally take it back? How would i go about doing this? Please no ford comments i just need a decent truck and this is what i like.
Don't do it. Your notarized contract doesn't mean anything if the other guy changes his mind.
All a notary does is verify a person's signature. It does not make an agreement valid or enforceable. Do not get involved in a do-it-yourself loan scheme with a private seller.
- My neighbor towed my car with his truck. Is that legal? I live in a town home complex and I parked in the visitors parking lot for a couple of hours and my neighbor decided to take out his black monster truck and tow my car himself. Is that legal? The truck is a typical black ford monster truck. Any info would be greatly appreciated. It just doesn't seem right, can any civilian use their truck as a towing service?
- Ford X Plan. Do I need the membership card to be eligible? I recently joined the Special Vehicle Team Owners Association (SVTOA). And I want to take advantage of the "Ford X Plan". My question is this. Because I'm a new member, I have not been issued a membership card. I have proof of my membership in my email inbox, with a receipt and invoice. Am I still eligible for the X-Plan?
- Can I still use the ford partner x-plan if I no longer work at Kroger? So I no longer work at Kroger as of yesterday but I was wondering if I could still use the ford partner x-plan to purchase a car from Ford. If I can then do long do I have until it's no longer available for me to use. I do have a w-2 and also a current check that I will pick up next week. If you know anything about this please let me know.
- How to lower my leased car monthly payment? I leased a Ford Fiesta 7 months ago. I feel I'm paying too much for it! $240 a month. My credit card and purchasing power are both better now; Is there a way to get my monthly payment lowered? If yes, how?
