Ford F-150 or chevy Silverado reliability?

Ford F-150 with either ecoboost v6 or the v8 or the chevy Silverado with v6 or v8 engines.

Which brand or truck has better reliability? I hear mixed reviews on both makes and like both.

I will be looking for a truck that's sade comfortable ride decent has as far as trucks go and reliability. Won't need to fix or breakdown/ in shop often with regular Maintenance.

So in your opinion which truck has better overall reliability and is longer lasting?
I will be towing small POp up campers and Using the bed for firewood but also using the truck for the family

I'm a Ford guy so the Ford would be my choice -drive both and see what you like the best - the engine configuration are quite different (even within the same model). I bought a 2010 F150 (lightly used) with the 5.4L and towing package. Drove a new V6 ecoboost too -and it just didn't have the balls from the start - and I was going to be towing a 4k lbs pretty regularly. Fuel mileage on the hwy is in the high teens - mid teens towing and around town. So not terrible and it is not used that often (long trips and towing).
Bottom line Ford or Chevy - not that much difference is quality more about driveability and economy.
