That's usually caused by a defective map sensor or tcc(torque converter clutch)solenoid. If it stalls when the ac is running but doesn't stall when its off, the iac(idle air control)valve is usually defective or it may just be dirty. You can remove it, disassemble, then clean the carbon out of it with carb cleaner.Dry before reinstalling. Check for vacuum leaks too.Let engine idle, spray every gasket, vacuum hose, and vacuum operated component, if the idle goes up, down, or it stalls you have found the vacuum leak. The fuel pressure regulator and ignition module can also cause your issue.Autozone can test ignition module if you remove it and carry it in for testing.Remove the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.See if the hose has fuel in it and check the regulator vacuum port for fuel too.Fuel present in either means the regulator is bad.

Dirty throttle blades and/or stuck idle motors are common problems with that particular vehicle. Neither - or both - should be terribly expensive to fix. There's several other things that can cause your problem, but if you brought your vehicle into my shop, I would check those two things first.
