How can i change the spark plugs in a 2001 ford explorer xlt? What tools do i need?
- What tools do I need to change my brake pads? Explain in plain English to a non-mechanic. Send pictures even? Alright before I get into this, let me explain that I'm a 17 year old girl that has no one to do my brake pads, and I'm unable to transport my car to a shop. Recently bought a car that needs a brake pad change and decided it'd be a good learning experience to just do them myself. I've seen them done and also decided that if I **** something up that's my own problem. I have a 2005 Ford Taurus. My e-mail is nyarseniccatnip@gmail.com (Haha. Ironic.)
- I got 105k miles on original spark plugs when to change them? I have a 2004 ford mustang 3.8 v6 and i bought this car 5 months ago with 97k miles on it and the spark plugs are still original i was curious as to when to change them money is a little tight at the moment can i still hold off maybe another month with them?
- Do I need some king of grease to replace spark plugs? I'm going to replace the spark plugs of my 04 Ford Mustang V6 3.8 L. I have the tools and spark plugs. I know the GAP is 0.054. However, someone told me I need grease to addo to the spark plugs and wires. Is that true? If so, what kind and how to apply it.
