If all external parts and pipes show no leaks? Then we may be draining down fuel rail etc overnight. Check each cyl in morning for fuel. Otherwise check one cylinder isn't firing fuel in all time etc.
Here a scan ought to pick up such things. This may be best first option.

There could be signs of a blown head gasket which oil mixes with coolant as you check the coolant recovery bottle for stains. The engine can stay in the vehicle while you remove the heads to replace the gasket.

A drippy injector maybe, put a fuel gauge on the rail and see if it bleeds off pressure real fast after you shut it off.
