Added (1). could this be a fuse

You would have to test them electrically.Probably a switch problem

Does it go down with the driver switch? If not the there's a short within those wires or try to disconnect the wires behind the switch on the driver side then plug back in. They sometimes slip out.

One fuse operates all 4 windows so if one window works the fuse is OK. You'll need to remove the door panels and check for power and ground at the harness wiring where the window motor plugs in. Then you need to run a separate power and ground wore from the battery to hook directly to the window motor to verify it works. You didn't e If the motors are good you'll need to test the window switches. If the window switches are ok you'll need to cut open the wiring harnesses located by the door hinges on each door where the windows don't work. The drivers door harness also needs to be inspected as that is the door that opens and closes the most and all window wiring goes through the drivers door to the master switch. You haven't even told us if you can hear the window motors running on the windows that don't work. If the window motors do work you can forget about all the above testing because you just need window regulators. Mechanic time yet?
