Motorcraft platinum or iridium plugs. Do the wires too. Non-seize on spark plugs isn't a great idea. It holds the dirt around the spark plug thread and causes cross threading. If a spark plug is tight heat the motor up first before pulling the plugs. It also helps getting old plug wires off.

What are? There's, in gear-head culture, a sort of unwritten rule to spark plugs. It goes like this; If you have a German vehicle use German plugs, Japanese, use one of their several brands. A GM car, use AC, Italian? Well you're stuck there. But you get the idea. Because the plugs on your Expedition are not the easiest to change I'd be looking at Something with a platinum or iridium tip. Not because of any performance advantage but because they purportedly last longer. A nice set of Motocraft OEM replacements will get the job done and you can't go wrong with one of the Japanese brands. When you do replace them be sure to use a slight smear of never seize on the threads. Use the hi temp stuff it's silver as opposed to the gold colored stuff and be sure to pick up a couple of packets of silicone boot grease at the parts counter. It makes life easier. Whatever you get don't get sucked into any of the specialty plugs that make wild claims. A nice set of Motocraft or NGK will get 'er done.
