1999 Ford escort water in spark plugs?

Car shut off while driving so i pulled over to find a huge hole in the crank and motor oil spilling out. The car never over heated, but i got the crank fixed but when i put it on car won't start, checked the spark plugs to find water in the spark plugs also check the compression of the cylinders and all are at 0!

Just how did you "fix" the crank?

With no compression (ZERO) in all cylinders, I suspect a possible error with the shop who did the work on your crank (possibly not torquing the head bolts) Have them do a leakdown test and see where the leaks coming from

There seems to be a lot missing from this story. There was probably a hole in the block instead of the crank. And that hole would suggest a good sized explosion. Maybe a piston flying out. In other words a lot of damage.
Whoever fixed the car must have replaced all or most of the engine. If there's no compression and water in the sparkplugs, this suggests that the head was not installed very well, (at all).

Better to go back and start over.

You actually BOTHERED to fix a 99 Escort? Dude, it must be worth about as much as the change which has fallen out of my pockets and into the back of my couch. Fortheloveofgod, please, just let it go and get something better - which is likely anything at all that is on sale near you.
Your poverty of ambition is alarming - you think that POS Escort is worth saving? Let it die.

Well you 'aint going to fix this with an 'adjustment with a small screwdriver'!
The hole in the "crank" (case)? And the dripping oil and zero compression suggests a pretty catastrophic engine failure and your best option may well be to look for a second hand engine.
