What are the names of the parts on the front end suspension on a 2001 ford expedition?

Is there any other names associated with a front end suspension on a 2001 ford expedition?

Tie rods, ball joints, lower and upper control arms, stabilizer bar and links, struts and springs, mounting plates

There are no springs… It's a torsion bar suspension. But, there are upper and lower ball joints, shock absorbers, CV joint drive axles (4WD models), wheel bearing hubs with ABS sensors, upper and lower control arms (or "A"-arms). These control arms have front and rear bushings in each upper and lower arm. You also have spindles with steering knuckles, brake rotors, brake calipers, inner and outer tie rod ends, and a drag link connecting the left and right sides.

  • Vibration/thumping in front suspension. More than likely.drivers front 2002 Ford Sport Trac Vibration/thumping. More speed, the more it vibrates, shakes, and makes the thump thump thump sound. Passenger side mirror shows no sign of movement… Drivers side mirror shakes quite a bit. No noticeable noises other than the thumping. No hard pulling to either side in steering wheel. No difference when braking. Any input would be very much appreciated!

  • I would like to know if 04-08 Ford F-150 rear suspension parts would fit on my 1998 Ford F-150? I'm building a prerunner and have already received a long travel kit for the front of my 1998 Ford F-150, but I'm having trouble finding rear suspension parts for it. Honestly I'm perfectly fine with just a pair of Fox 2.5 Factory piggybacks, but I can only find some for the 04-08 Ford F-150 and I just wanted to know if they would bolt onto my 1998 Ford F-150.
