How do I drain or take out bad mixed gas from my ford expedition?

My car is now dying and not getting and power to drive even with my foot all the way down on the gas

Try getting a small tub and stick it down the filler neck and siphon it out with your mouth.

I doubt if it has a drain plug in the tank. The filler hose underneath has a clamp on it. Remove clamp, pull filler hose off so you can get a siphon hose in it and siphon the gas into a proper drain pan. If you've got a full tank this might take emptying a few times. If you want to make sure all the contaminants are out the next step would be pulling the tank off and taking it to someone that does tank cleaning.

According to your previous question, you only put in two gallons of mixed gas. Just fill it up completely with good gas and you will be fine. Don't try to siphon it out.

You don't. You couldn't have put that much mixed gas in the tank. Go fill it up with some nice fresh unleaded fuel.

You don't. You just burn it. The tank hold a minimum of 15 gallons. You put in SOME bad gas(but it is still gas) blended in with the rest of the gas in the tank. Now it is diluted. Sounds more like the vehicle needs a tune up… As it runs chitty. Maybe plugs? Can't hurt.
Or a long garden hose and stuff one end into the tank and suck on the other until gas starts to siphon out. Save the gas for the lawn mower or chain saw or roto tiller.

The proper way is to remove the fuel tank. Not sure why you think bad gas is your problem.
