1999 Ford Expedition tune up
I'm going to do an oil change alone with replacing the spark plugs, spark plug wires and the distributor. Right now it has 130, xxx miles and going. What else should I replace or upgrade? It has a new battery, alternator is good. What else is considered a full tune up? A radiator coolant flush is also on the list. It's my daily driver and I try to take care of it. Please let me know if there's anything else I should add on to the list.

- Why is my '98 Ford windstar is running rough after a tune up? I changed out the plugs and wires and it ran good for a day or two but has a lot of hesitation at lower rpms but if I speed up it goes away. Also have a gas smell in my air conditioning when I'm stopped but not while driving. Can anyone help? I'm tired of putting money in this thing.
- Which car is the overall to keep for a couple of yrs? 1999 Nissan maxima, 1999 Altima, 2006 ford Taurus or 2002 buick lesabre? All of them have low mileage as the Taurus have 69000 and the maxima have the highest of 123000. They all under 1100 bucks.

I own a 2005 Ford Mustang GT and I never got any service records from the car lot it was bought from or any service records from previous owners so now I'm looking at possibly having to do a tune up on my car and I need to know what a tune up for my car consists of. I want to know what is changed and done in a tune up. I already changed the oil in it and all that's left is the tune up. Serious answers only please. Provide links if possible.
