Is there a paint stripper that won't harm ABS plastic or fiberglass bumpers?

I'm replacing the bumper on a 2001 Ford ZX2. The old one that is still on the car, the middle got destroyed in a hit and run.

Found one in surprisingly good shape at the junk yard for $33. It is a lighter shade of dark blue. I can't figure out if it is ABS or fiberglass.

I know that fiberglass usually has visible fibers, however, this one doesn't have any type of scrape/cut/damage on it that would tell me such a thing.

So, I was wondering if there's a good liquid paint stripper out there that is safe on both types?

Added (1). The donor car was a 1998 ZX2 (all years from '98 through '03 are compatible), so I have reason to believe it was likely the original bumper. On the inside of it, there appears to be dealer/manufacturer marks/numbers and such.

Why the paint stripper?

Sand it back and respray to match your car and it's good to go.

Just rough up the surface, primer, and repaint it. It's a used bumper on a 14 year old car, it doesn't need to be factory perfect. Infact, most body shops will do the same. They'll just sand off the clear coat.
