2001 Ford Escort Stalling?

We have a 2001 Ford Escort SE 4D and we had it parked for about 3 years and when we started to drive it again everything seemed fine and then we noticed after driving it in for awhile Hot and Humid weather it would start to choke and sputter and stall and it would start right back up and we would continue driving and then I replaced the spark plugs and wires/oil and oil filter/air filter and a couple of emission hoses and fuel filter/pcv valve and new battery and this car is still stalling after driving awhile in hot weather but does not do it when the weather is normal. Any Ideas what could be the problem

Take $20-40 to a few JIFFY LUBES< and ask them if they will clean your THROTTLE BODY and IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE to SHOWROOM CLEAN! Check that the petrol line is NOT near to the cooling system as it sounds like your petrol is evaporating BEFORE it reaches the carburettor; this will be exacerbated in hot weather when there will be even less cool air around.
