What is the salvage value of my 2005 ford escape wit minor damage to the drivers door?

Salvage value is generally based on weight of object, so maybe 500 bucks.

If you want to get more, you will have to part out the vehicle yourself, but that is a lot of work and how many people really need parts off a 2005 escape.

How in the hell are we to know snowflake when we're behind a white screen!

About $80/ton of vehicle weight. That's about what they pay at a scrap yard.

If it only has minor damage to the driver's door then the car is not totaled and can easily be repaired. This is not a car to sell for salvage.

I have a Ford Focus 1999 and the central locking has failed to the point where the drivers door is permanently locked and can't be opened even with the key. I've changed the fuse (thanks ford for making it the only fuse at the rear of the fuse box) but this has not worked. I'm having to enter the car via the passenger door and climb over! Is there a way to reset the central locking or does anyone know how I can fix the problem?
