What advice would you have for test driving a new car?
I'm going to a mazda dealership to test drive a mazda cx-5 so that I can compare it with a ford escape.
1. What questions should I ask the dealer about the vehicle that are isn't covered on the dealer's website?
2. What should I learn about the vehicle during the test drive and after the test drive?
3. Even though I'm not going to buy the vehicle that day, what information should I provide the salesperson?
3. If you are not going to buy that day the saleperson will not be wasting their time with you.
2. If the car fits you, like if the pedals, steering wheel, seat position work well with you.
1. Are there rebates or promotion for this model.
1st of all, it's foolish to purchase a new vehicle because the moment that one tire leaves the dealer's lot, the vehicle will lose $ 1000's in value! Always better to buy a used 2015 or 2014 model… To answer your Q's - you would want to sit in the back seat while the sales person drives, to listen for any road noise and to see how it feels to ride in the back ; if at all possible, you want to drive on all types of road surfaces, like bumps RR tracks, etc again to get the feel of the vehicle and if the suspension is to your liking… Most test drives are on a certain route, so you may need to ask to be taken to an area where the road surfaces are not smooth… You will be pushed into buying that day, with statements like " that price is only good for today" or " it's the last one in stock " etc - don't believe the sales person
- I'm trying to make an appointment for my driving test online? I drive a 2002 Ford Edge Ranger, I think is what its called, I don't have it with me at the moment because my dad drives it right now but it won't accept anything I put for the model of the car. Iv tried 2002 edge edge edge ranger ranger ranger edge 2002 ranger 2002 ranger edge and probably more but it won't accept any of this. Can someone please help me.
- If you were driving a vehicle at 120mph (200km/h), what is the likelihood that you would die? If you were driving a Ford Ranger pick up truck and you ran into something, and you were driving 120mph or 200km/h, would you die?
- If you have enough money, can you have a new classic car built? Like can I pay to have ford build me a 1970 Mustang? Lets say I don't want to buy an old car and restore it, I want a 1970 but straight off the factory line. Can you have a car built with the old style frame, engine, trans, etc?
- I need a little advice in buying a new car? I have a great steady job and I can afford to buy a car from the dealership. It is the first time I ever go to a dealership for a car. I'm just wondering if there's any good reliable brands you can recommend to look out for? How is Ford, in your opinion? Also, what are the next steps one takes after buying a new car? Tags, plates, and insurance right?
