Ford Escape. Please capitalize the proper name of brands and models of cars. Road noise is an issue with all vehicles. It is a function of the tire over the road surface. Cars do have insulation for noise and heat and cold. Some brands and models do better than others. I have the 2008 Mercury Mariner version of this Ford product. Tire selection affect the noise. If you have issues with noise it is possible to contract a body shop for better sound insulation. Ask for an estimate. Prepare yourself for some bucks. I elect to play the SAT radio a bit louder.
