Cracking noise especially when turning?
Any idea what this is? I drive a 2008 ford escape.
It depends on which direction the noise is coming from while turning as you can have a bad CV joint on that side. I'd recommend you take your escape to a mechanic as they can check the drive axles and replace the bad joints before the joint completely fails leaving you with a towing bill and possible other damages as the mechanic has to replace the entire drive axle with a remanufactured drive axle.
CV joint maybe?

- Noise works, but when I push it, it also makes a clicking/rattling noise? I have a 2012 Ford Focus, and while the horn works, and sounds (as it normally does), when I press it, it also makes a weird clicking/rattling noise (also kinda like a jingle sound - hard to describe). It sounds as if it's coming from behind the center console/under the center console, but it's hard to tell. Any ideas what it could be? With any answers - any advice on how to fix it? - 2014 Ford Fiesta - exterior lights not turning off? Only noticed today when I caught the reflection off the car in front but I had my lights in the off position (nob in upright position) yet my headlights were still on? I don't have automatic headlights nor do I have the LED Daytime Running Lights (as it's only the zetec model), so I'm a little confused? Any thoughts? Or is it a fault and I need to go back to the garage?
- My 2000 ford expedition is having a problem with the turning signals. Can anybody identify the problem? The hazard lights work perfectly. I changed out the flasher unit and still not working. I hear like a crackling noise when i try to turn them on. Also, they partially work when I'm pressing the brakes.

It was working fine till later I noticed it makes a noise when I hit gas after I start the car. After a while it goes away. It's starting to get louder. The noise sounds like when you have a can on a bike wheel?
