Can't get a car magnet to stick to my car?

I recently bought my first car, a 2007 Nissan Murano. I had a car magnet that I put on my old car (a 2002 Ford Escape that was a hand me down.) At first I thought maybe the magnet was dirty and I cleaned it off. I tried putting it on my bumper and it wouldn t stick. There isn't anything wrong with the magnet because I got it to stick to the fridge. I'm just wondering if there's any part of a Murano that is metal so I can out the magnet on the car?

I'm not sure about how the body of your car is fabricated, it but's not uncommon for most of a vehicle to be formed from fiberglass or plastic panels. Chances are good that there's an internal metal frame that provides the main structural strength for your vehicle, but plastic panels cover this frame as a weight-saving measure. This is especially true of bumpers--very few of them are metal on modern vehicles. In this case, you really don't have any options for a magnet.   • Can i get out of a ford lease early? Or get a new car early? After my 2004 GTO broke down, i was forced to lease a 2014 Focus, for 3 years and had to get extended miles. Its been about 5 months since i've had the car and so far i hate it. Slow, cheaply made, stereo is terrible, no traction in winter, i don't like it at all. Is there any chance of getting out of the lease early or turning it in without hurting my credit, or even turning it in to lease a different car. Possibly a truck or taurus. Has anyone else been in this situation?
  • Which is better? 1995 ford ranger which is stick or a 2004 Ford Escape? I'm a 16 year old boy and I'm lucky enough to have those two cars to choose from. Both have high mileage, like 350k on the ranger and 250k for the escape. Both have been serviced to a T. I really don't know which car would be best in the Long run.
