What would you pay for a truck with 113k +miles?
My friend is selling his truck it is a 2005 Ford f-250 super duty (I think) it's a huge truck (diesel) with a lift kit. When I said I'd buy it he said he would throw me a deal, he said it blue booked for 18k and that he would give it to me for 15k he said it has had a ton of problems but he bought all new parts also it has 113k +miles I feel like 15k is to much for that maybe I'm mistaken but I'm sire I could go but a new car with that much.
I would not buy it. If it has a ton of problems, it is bound to have more.
Never buy a vehicle that the owner says "has had tons of problems with"it. There are a lot of good cars new and used that you can buy for $15,000. I think you need to look around more before deciding.
- If you have enough money, can you have a new classic car built? Like can I pay to have ford build me a 1970 Mustang? Lets say I don't want to buy an old car and restore it, I want a 1970 but straight off the factory line. Can you have a car built with the old style frame, engine, trans, etc?
- How much do you pay to ford if you want to buy a new car and pay monthly? I was wondering, if I want to buy the new 2015 mustang, how much do I pay each month to ford if the car is $26,500. First car for me
- Would you buy a 2010 Ford Fusion with 92k miles? I'm not a car person but I love the body style on the 2010 ford fusion. I also want a hybrid. I found one at the a good price but a lot of friends are saying it would not be a good idea buy a american car (ford) and a hybrid with that many miles. Any advice from people who know about cars?
- How should i sell this car for/what would you pay? Red 2008 Ford fusion V6-cylinder (or whatever) needs a fuel pump & it has a dent in the drivers car door, it also needs a fuel pump. my friend is trying to sell her old car since she now has a new one and we're trying to figure out a good price to sell it for that would be fair.
