What would be the best truck for me?

I would drive 11 miles to school, and 11 miles back. Work is 10 all together. So all in all I would drive 30-40 miles a day. I need a ford truck (or chevy, but preferably ford) that is a DIESEL. I'll take suggestions for regular trucks too, as long as they are 4x4. What's the best gas/diesel truck? I don't need super duty since I'm just a student. But I don't want to spend 50$ on gas a day… Don't tell me to get a Prius if I want to save gas. I know I'll spend a little more on gas with a truck, but I definitely want it. Also, no newer trucks. Not interested in newer models or anything fancy

Well if you're looking for a Ford diesel, your options are pretty limited (F250, F350, F450)… Unless you can find an old super rare Ranger diesel (1983-1987)

Look at 93-95 chevies and fords, thry get good mpg. Diesels are expensive to fix, though, so make sure it doesn't have problems.

  • Which exhaust/exhaust system would work best for my car? I own a 1970 Ford Torino (Brougham) with a 351 Cleveland engine running on stock exhaust. I want to upgrade the exhaust (I'm thinking Flowmaster) but like, does the whole exhaust system need to be done, or like half? I need your help making my baby roar lol. Please give me your best suggestions and approximate cost.

  • Which is exhaust would be the best? I have a 2003 Ford Mustang V6 with a stock exhaust system. I'm looking to change it to a dual exhaust. I saw that I can get a dual exhaust converter that hooks up to the factory Y pipe for $350 on American Muscle buy would it be better to spend more and change the pipes to either H or X pipes instead of hooking up the converter? I'm cheap so that's why I'm asking lol
