Which is exhaust would be the best?
I have a 2003 Ford Mustang V6 with a stock exhaust system. I'm looking to change it to a dual exhaust. I saw that I can get a dual exhaust converter that hooks up to the factory Y pipe for $350 on American Muscle buy would it be better to spend more and change the pipes to either H or X pipes instead of hooking up the converter? I'm cheap so that's why I'm asking lol
Waste of money to be honest if you are gonna build a mustang you get a v8
Don't waste your money unless all you want is to look or sound good. Then get whatever you want. But the only way to really get any more power is to get tubular headers and run a true dual exhaust system. Don't worry about the H or X. All that will do is balance the sound. And YES you want High Flo Cats in the system.
- Which exhaust/exhaust system would work best for my car? I own a 1970 Ford Torino (Brougham) with a 351 Cleveland engine running on stock exhaust. I want to upgrade the exhaust (I'm thinking Flowmaster) but like, does the whole exhaust system need to be done, or like half? I need your help making my baby roar lol. Please give me your best suggestions and approximate cost.
- What's the best aftermarket exhaust for my 2002 Ford Mustang GT Deluxe? Just got a new deluxe and I want to put a new exhaust on it. I want it I sound very deep and throaty and be audible but not so loud that you can hear it a mile away. Any ideas?
