Can a body lift fix a leaning truck bed?

I have a 1997 Ford f250 and the bed on the driver side tilts to the left. From what I have seen it is probably the bushings between the bed and frame. But I heard somewhere that a body lift will fix the problem. And if its true that would be convenient because I was already wanting to put one on.

Frame is bent on the truck

Get a leveling kit.

If you are positive it is the bed bushing that is causing the bed to lean, and you are sure that the whole truck is not leaning then yes a body lift will fix the problem, because a body lift replaces the factory bushings with taller ones. But be aware that they do not lift your bumpers, your fuel inlet will no longer reach your bed opening etc… Etc… Do a little research.

  • Will my f150 toolbox fit a ford ranger truck bed? I just sold my old f150 after engine finally **** the bed after 215,000 miles(she was a trooper) I'm gonna get a ranger next however just because its more efficient on gas. I was wondering if my old tool box will fit for it, or will I have to spend another 200 bucks on a tool box?
  • What should I do to stop the rust and protect the bed of my truck? The bed of my truck (1990 Ford Ranger) is starting to rust. The rest of the paint and body is in good condition. I want to stop the rust. Should I get a bed liner like Line-X or should I just get it sanded and re-painted or is there some other alternative
  • How much is a 2000 ford ranger with 170,000 miles and 3 inch body lift worth? It is a stepside, extended cab. It has a few probs… Window on drivers side doesn't work… Electric windows… And the tires are kinda bald… It also has a slight oil leak somewhere… It always leaves little dots of oil when it is parked. It does burn any oil at all though. What would it be worth you think?
  • My car is leaning to the front right wheel but still drives straight? How do I fix it? Ford focus 2005 4 cly it doesn't effect my steering but I can head freaks and sqeeks when I hit small bumps. I also notice in the car It leans forward to the right front wheel. Seems alright but I wanna get it fix if it can get worst. I'm guessing it's a strut or spring suspension broken. What do you guys think?
