Does Ford offer auto driving in any of its current fleet of vehicles?

And by auto driving, I mean where you can tell the car to go at a set speed and maintain it's position in the lane and then deal with any slow downs and stop and go traffic.

Sorry if auto driving is not the right term. It's just if I'm on a long freeway trip, I'd like to be able to let the car do the driving for a little while.

Auto Pilot is the term you're looking for I believe, and from what see I don't think they have created any cars with that technology.

Adaptive cruise control. Have it on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek which I traded in my POS Ford Focus for. Any Subaru with the Eyesight package will do this and more. Works amazingly well and couldn't be happier to be rid of the Ford…

What you've described is called adaptive cruise control.

There are very few major brands which do not offer that on their higher trim level models. Ford in the UK definitely offer it, along with automatic parking and automatic emergency braking.

Adaptive cruise control (ACC) allows a vehicle to maintain a given speed, but unlike regular cruise control, the vehicle will slow down if it detects it is closing on other traffic. It will then speed up again to the pre- selected speed once the obstacle is clear. ACC may or not also have lane departure warning which will either correct your course to remain within a lane, or it will make some audible warning (eg. Shake the steering) to alert you. You have to research if these features are available on the Ford you want to buy, and if they work in the way you want them to.

If they do, I hope you buy it and yours fails lol.
