Did Ford ever make up 347 engine?
The "347" is an aftermarket displacement. Ford didn't install it in anything.
Not in my or your lifetime if you mean did they install it in factory cars. Their performance division does sell 302 with a lengthened stroke to produce a 347 but you have to install it yourself or pay someone to do it.
No. Ford racing does, it is a 302 windsor stroker engine. Also now comes as a 363ci
