Car was chugging after having the back jacked up. Normal?

I got part of my 97 ford probe backside jacked up for the first time today. Well technically I put the one side up a ramp. Then when I put it down it started chuging as I turned it arund to jack the front up.It was a strong chug; not weak like it was really gonna stall; but it wasn't moving forward without hitting the gas as well. I assume I messed with the fuel levels. Is my car messed up?

That's pretty crazy. Never heard of that before. Maybe you shook up all the dirt at the bottom of your gas tank and it then flowed into your fuel filter and clogged it up. So if it doesn't clear up after a short time take the fuel filter off. If you can knock lots of stuff out of it then that was probably your problem. A fuel filters cheap to change too.
