Bumper hitch towing capacity?
2013 ram 1500 single cab 5.7 hemi. How much can I tow with the bumper hitch on my truck… I'm planing on towing an old 79 ford f100 on a flatbed trailer…
I have a 03 Ram 1500 Quad Cab with the 4.7. The rear bumper should be rated at 500/5000 lbs. Your owner's manual will list the maximum tow load. I have towed a 3/4 ton quad cab with mine on a trailer, but it was out of warranty. I know that I have towed over 6500 lbs with mine from the bumper.
- Adding a hitch to a 2001 Ford taurus SE? I know this isn't ideal but is it realistic to pull 1-2 canoes on a small trailer using your Ford Tarus SE?

I have a 1998 1.4L 5 door ford fiesta ghia, and have recently added a tow bar, the towing capacity is not in the user manual (although it does state that the car can be fitted with a tow bar) and different websites give different capacities… Does anyone know how much it can tow safely?
