Are dually trucks considered ugly? - 1

Added (1). Are dually trucks in general considered ugly? This is regardless of manufacturer Ford, GM, or Mopar.

Duallies are tools to get the job done. Never looked at them as pretty or not…

Yes.

My parents called them "Bertha but," and changing the inside tire on the side of the road might be a bit of a chore.

Still, some people like them.

My parents mowed lawns so trucks were always a constant topic. One fellow landscaper also talked trash about them… But eventually bought one, lol.

He still has it and it HAS to have close to 200,000 on it… Judging by how long it has been.

I don't think they are ugly. Probably a bunch of people do because they look fat but I'm a truck guy so they aren't ugly to me. To this day my favorite truck my dad ever had was a 1995 Silverado 3500 Dually that we called "Big Bertha."

A few years back, a lowered dually was the coolest rig going, but today, if you're going to haul a slide in camper or tow a 5th wheel trailer, and want to do it RIGHT, a dually is the only way to go.

People who have them and have no need for them think they are "Muy Macho" so I guess they are handsome.
