No, you need a new car.
No… You need more 134a. Buy a can with the sealer in it and charge it some more.
If the A/C only works at 2000 RPM or greater, you will likely need more refrigerant as TheBax said. Having said that, refrigerant behaves more like radiator fluid, it simply circulates, it's not consumed in operation. That means that if your vehicle is low on refrigerant, the only explaination is that your Five Hundred has a leak. Fix the leak or you will be constantly purchasing refrigerant top-offs.
Another possibility is that the compressor is worn internally and has lost efficiency, and needs greater RPM to compensate. If you are not leaking rerigereant, you likely have a worn compressor. This can be checked with pressure gauges and comparing the high side to low side pressure differences.

- Heated windscreen only works for 30 seconds? I have a 2002 Ford Focus, and the heated windscreen only comes on for about 30 seconds after I turn the engine on. The light comes on, and after 30 seconds it goes off and won't come back on until I turn the engine off and on again. I'm really struggling to find any answer as to why this might be. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
