Are the plugs tightened correctly? Are the plug wires attached to the correct plugs?
Odds are some of the spark plug wires weren't put back correctly - Double check.
You either connected the plug wires to the wrong plugs or possibly failed to reconnect a wiring harness or component that you might have disconnected in order to gain access to the plugs. If you've got coil packs did you disconnect their harness for anything? I'm sure its a simple fix. If you wanna make sure its not starting due to no spark, remove the air intake hose from the throttle body, spray carb cleaner or starting fluid into tb opening, reattach hose, try to start vehicle. If it runs for a few seconds then dies, its a no fuel issue. If it doesn't start at all, its indeed a no spark issue. Check every sensor on the engine that prevented access to the plugs just to make sure you didn't accidentally forget to reconnect its harness or you might have pulled a harness loose by accident too so double check everything. Its gotta be something simple

- Why did my car start rolling on its own when changing the spark plugs? I got a ford 1999 taurus SE, when I was changing the spark plugs and wireset in the back part of the engine it, I felt it start rolling back. I had it in park, I quickly ran to the drivers side and put the E brake on but I still don't understand why it did that. It drove fine after that and so did the parking brake but wtf?
- 2003 Ford Ranger Won't Start after Fuel Pump install? About 2 weeks ago, I replaced the fuel filter and all 6 spark plugs to do some regular maintenance and upkeep. 3 days ago, hard to start. Had to turn key a couple times to prime- then would fire right up. Replaced fuel pump yesterday, now I have no start at all. It just cranks, and barely starts to turn over, only to bog out. When it starts to bog out, i tap the gas to try and get my RPMS up, but I have no throttle response at all.
